Hiking & Wine: Autumn with a Taste of Moldova

On October 10, Aquaterra brought outdoor enthusiasts together for Hiking & Wine — a trip to the autumn woodlands of Codri, combining a scenic hike with a taste of Moldovan winemaking and traditions.

Participants walked approximately six kilometres through forests and vineyards. At Crama Tudor, they enjoyed a winery tour, a wine tasting and a traditional lunch.

The day continued at La Bordei, where guests made traditional gogoși during a cooking workshop, sampled local dishes, listened to live Moldovan folk music and danced. In the evening, everyone gathered around the campfire to chat and share their impressions.

Hiking & Wine showed just how much there is to discover in a single day just outside Chișinău — with picturesque trails, local cuisine and great company!
